Privacy policy
This policy explains how the operator-managed V80 NPL Hub accesses and uses Google Sheets information for private training operations.
Information accessed
After the operator signs in and grants permission, the app reads its configured V80 workbook. Records can include employee codes and names, assignments, training sessions, attendance evidence and photo links, submitted exam scores, answers and feedback, and submitted content links.
The Google permission requested is read-only access to Google Sheets. Although this permission can cover spreadsheets accessible to the connected account, the integration is configured to read only the approved V80 workbook. It does not request permission to edit sheets or manage sharing.
Purpose
Data is used to match records by employee code, report attendance and submitted results, analyze training topics, and support authorized review of launch readiness. Missing records are not automatically treated as absences, and uploaded content requires manual approval.
Storage and access
Imported records, dated history and recoverable backups are stored on the computer running the dashboard. Background authorization credentials are stored in a separate restricted local directory and excluded from dashboard exports and public files.
Records are available to the dashboard operator and any viewers explicitly enabled by that operator through the dashboard's protected access. This public information site does not display employee records or provide dashboard access.
Sharing and Google API data
The app does not sell Google user data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. It communicates with Google to authenticate and read the configured workbook. Reports or backups are exported only when requested by an authorized dashboard operator, who is responsible for controlling their distribution.
V80 NPL Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Imported history and backups remain on the dashboard computer until the operator removes them under the applicable training record retention requirements. Revoking Google access stops future reads; it does not automatically erase earlier local records or backups. Contact the operator to request review or deletion of retained information.
Your choices
You can revoke the Google connection through your Google account connections. The operator can disable synchronization locally. Once permission expires or is revoked, the dashboard retains its last valid local records and reports a connection error until access is restored.
Contact and changes
For questions about this policy or your records, contact the application operator using the support email shown on the Google authorization screen. Changes to the app's data practices should be reflected in this policy and its last updated date.
